As Jesus Christ had a ministry to the “many” and “few,” the Convene Asia approach will be similar. For the “many,” we will communicate Convene material through conferences and online in a way that fits how Asian businessmen want to be approached. For the “few,” we will place Christian CEOs and Key Leaders in a 10-12-member Forum group led by a trained facilitator.

The Leader will receive peer counsel on business challenges and opportunities through a scriptural and best business practices lens. This environment will be fortified by one-to-one coaching from the facilitator. The facilitator will organize the Key Leaders into groups of three for monthly connection and fellowship called triads.

The Business Model

Track One (broad): Reading of articles, e-books, training materials, videos, conferences and co-laboring with other like-minded organization to create awareness and educational interest.

Track Two (focused): Participate in CEO and Key Leaders Convene Forums, and one-to-one executive coaching and consulting. We will also facilitate business tours to match business opportunities between American Convene CEO’s and their Asian Christian counterparts.
