How much time does membership require?
Convene International is designed for busy CEOs and senior leaders. Most Forums meet once or twice per month for half-day or full-day sessions, depending on the Chair and region. Members also receive a one-on-one coaching session each month. Beyond that, you can engage as deeply as you choose—through optional trainings, workshops, and international gatherings. Leaders consistently tell us the time they invest in Convene saves them time, energy, and costly mistakes in their business.
What happens in a Convene International Forum meeting?
Each Forum meeting brings together 10–15 Christian business leaders in a confidential, facilitated environment. Led by an experienced Convene Chair, meetings include issue processing, strategic discussion, biblical leadership teaching, and prayer. Members bring real-time business challenges and opportunities to the group and receive wisdom, accountability, and clarity from peers who understand the pressures of leadership. It’s a space where faith and strategy meet—and where leaders sharpen one another.
Is Convene International only for large companies or certain industries?
No. Convene International serves leaders from a wide range of industries—manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, technology, professional services, logistics, education, and many more. We also welcome leaders from companies of various sizes.
